HP4000/4500 electronic card manual

HP4000/4500 electronic card, it can make customer use the third party ink freely for its printer, decrease the printing cost.

1. Products Character:

1) Its installation and usage don’t affect the machine guarantee.

2) Take out the ink cartridge anytime after usage, machine don’t report error.

3) Use same size cartridge, include recycle original HP5000/5500 cartridge, Compatible recycle HP5000/5500 and HP4000/4500 etc.

4) Use air pressure from machine to cartridge, don’t affect printer head life.

5) Solve the problem that cartridge contact is not in good condition after using a long time.

6) Can upgrade to pipeline CISS.

2. Use condition advice:

The HP4000/4500 printer match with 1set original cartridge when you buy it,

Do printing until ink level is 10—30ml (printer will show the ink level is low or very low), then use electronic card at this time, it is stable.

3. Installation procedure:

1) Make sure there is no trouble of original cartridge when printing, then turn off printer and take out cartridge. Use this product must be when new machine print normal picture.

2) Take out cartridge and cover ( picture )

3) Take out machine data line then connect electronic card, connect electronic card’s data line to printer. ( picture )

4) Take out 4 small bnc connector plugs on the circuit board, then connect to bnc connector jack (picture). Put well adjunctive system, not put on penholder track.

5) Install the big volume cartridge with full ink.

6) Turn on machine and printing.

4. Notice:

1) Can not use electronic card singleness if there is no use adjunctive device.

2) The machine will be no reaction when users take out the cartridge, because all of the electronic circuit of this product is taken over by the electronic cards. Please do not take out cartridge while printing, in case this will harm the printer nozzle. In addition, users shall regularly check the ink cartridge volume.

3)  When there is something wrong with the machine due to some kinds of reasons, need to be repaired, users should remove this product device and install original cartridge, renew to the status before reseting  

4) Do not put mobile phones such strong signal devices on the side of this system.

5) The machine will show the ink level is low or very low, users can ignore this, it is normal.

6) If cartridge can not be taken out from printer sometimes, printer need to restart or you take out windpipe interface to deflate.
