YXD968A Ink cartridge chip resetter

Product instruction:

The price of the original EPSON ink cartridge is expensive, how to decrease and save the cost of printing is our concern. The ink level of EPSON intelligent cartridge is recorded in the chip IC, which accurately records and controls the ink level. It cannot be reused even though the empty ink cartridge is refilled, and it results in high expense.

For Epson new printer, it is 9 pins chip, the old chip resetter can not use for it, Our company develop new chip resetter YXD968A. It reset the chip on the cartridge into a full mode. In this way, empty cartridge can be reused after the ink is refilled, save money 90%.

YXD968A Resetter is versatility; it can automatically identify the type of ink cartridge, and then reset the chip on the cartridge into a full mode. This is the firstly compatible with New Epson intelligent ink cartridges ( 9 pins chip )in the market. (Notice: YXD968A resetter can only reset our one time chip, can not reset original chip or other compatible chip ).

YXD968A can be used on the following Cartridges Types:

T0731/T0732/T0733/T0734;T0821/T0822/T0823/T0824/T0825/T0826;T0851/T0852/T0853/T0854/T0855/T0856 etc。

YXD968A can be used on the following Epson printers:

Epson stylus Photo R270/R290/R390/RX590/1390。

Epson stylus C79/C90/C91/C92/C110/CX3900/CX4900/CX5500/CX5600/CX5900/CX7300/CX8300/CX7400 etc。

Instructions for use:
Please note that the reset unit contains a number of notches, which are designed to couple with the various Epson black and color chipped cartridges.
Reset Procedure:
1.Align the cartridge to the correct notch on the reset unit so that the chip contacts and the pins on the resetter meet.  ( Picture 3 )

2.Keep the two units in firm contact. If the red light is blanking 3 seconds, red light turns to green, it shows the reset operation is successful. If the red light is blanking 3 seconds, red light stays on shows the reset operation is failure.
3.Cartridge is now ready for refilling with ink.

TROUBLESHOOTING
1.After the red LED flash, it stays on and doesn’t turn green
a). The pins on the resetter are not in good contact with the chip on the cartridge.

The contact may be dirty or oily.

b) Cartridge chips are broken.

2. Print line after filling ink
a). The quality of the ink you are using may be inferior. We recommend using inks that are specifically matched to Epson’s original colors and other characteristics. (Especially if you are printing digital photographs.)

b). Air bubbles entrapped in ink. Allow the cartridge to rest for 24 hours with the ink exit nozzles facing down before using.

Refill instruction:

1. Take out the rubber of filling hole, use syringe to fill the cartridge full with ink. ( picture 4 )

2. Stopper the rubber on the air hole. ( Picture 5 )

3. Use YXD968A to reset it, Cartridge can be used again.
