Original new OEM A3 printbar by HP, the single printing width is 300mm, which is 85mm wider than the A4 printhead. It comes standard with 1 to 6 printheads and a printing width of 300mm to 1800mm. Special customization services are supported.

The exclusive internal circulation technology of the printhead, instead of the ordinary external circulation, ensures sufficient and stable ink supply, more stable batch printing, and consistent printing effects before and after.

The printer adopts a dual negative pressure ink supply system, which provides sufficient ink volume for printing work with a balanced and stable negative pressure value.

Using a more compatible PLC operating system, various functions can be operated through a high-definition touch screen, and the operation interface is clear and easy to understand.

Use environmentally friendly dye ink or pigment ink that has been deeply tested by the manufacturer. Selection of imported high-quality water-based raw materials, high color saturation, no waste gas generation, environmental protection and safety.

Using a self-developed perforated conveyor belt that has obtained relevant patents, it can automatically correct deviations. Together with the air suction function of the printing platform, the printing position is more accurate.

The automatic feeder developed in conjunction with the printer has stable and fast feeding characteristics, effectively improves printing efficiency and saves manual feeding costs.

The printer frame is made of high-strength stainless steel for integrated welding, and the printer casing is made of aluminum alloy, all spray-painted for better stability and durability. There are multiple maintenance windows designed for important parts, making later maintenance more convenient. The new design looks more beautiful than the old model.
